Darfield Roman Catholic cemetery listing updated

It won’t be long before the Roman Catholic cemetery belonging to St Joseph’s Church will be complete.

I almost finished it on the Queen’s birthday weekend but my poor old camera is starting to show the strain of so much cemetery work and it decided to shut down.

It’s working again now but I think its days are numbered!

So, assuming I can wring out a few more images from the camera, Darfield photography will be finished in the next week or so.

In the meantime, happy hunting!

My focus is on social history, particularly the late-Victorian colonial social environment and those often-overlooked characters that lurked among settlers - the remittance men, swaggers, misfits, and wannabes.
